The reality communications leaders are navigating

Today’s communications leaders in advocacy and mission-driven organizations are operating in increasingly complex, high-stakes environments. Many are expected to make consequential messaging decisions in real time, often without a structured space to step back, pressure-test behavioral-science-based strategies, or learn alongside peers working towards a just and achievable future.

This cohort creates that space.

Program Snapshot

  • 6-week virtual cohort

  • 1.5–2 hours per week

  • Approximately 20–25 participants

  • Facilitated, peer-based learning environment

  • Early Fall 2026 cohort

Why is this experience different?

We are grounded in applied psychology and neuroscience, starting with understanding hearts and minds before trying to change them.

  • Designed specifically for advocacy and mission-driven communications leaders

  • Built as a cross-organization coalition, not a solo learning experience

  • Focused on real-world campaign and narrative challenges

What do participants gain?

Participants leave with:

  • An audience-ready messaging framework, informed by behavioral science

  • A cross-organization communications peer network

  • Practical narrative and behavioral insight to bring back to their teams

The training we did with Mindbridge was game changing for us. As a communications organization, the concepts were all ones that we knew to some degree, however, the way the trainers presented the information and having the real words and concepts to use in our work fundamentally changed our understanding of our work. From how we message to who we message to, this training was phenomenal!
