HRTI Advisory Committee

Steering culturally grounded healing with insight, care, and a commitment to collective wellness.

The Healing Racial Trauma Advisory Committee is a small, dedicated group of mental health specialists and culturally grounded healers who bring their lived experiences, clinical insights, and community wisdom to the Healing Racial Trauma Initiative (HRTI) at Mindbridge.

Members of the Advisory Committee provide guidance on the development and implementation of group healing pilot programs and educational materials, ensuring they remain culturally responsive, evidence-based, and aligned with the needs of BIPOC communities.

We need more voices

Mindbridge is currently seeking mental health professionals and healers, particularly those with experience serving BIPOC communities, to join the Healing Racial Trauma Advisory Committee.

If you're passionate about racial equity, community healing, and culturally responsive care, this is an opportunity to shape and support trauma-informed programming that makes a real impact. Committee members will collaborate closely with the HRTI team, contributing expertise to help design healing spaces, guide curriculum development, and elevate best practices rooted in cultural affirmation.
