Mindbridge Learning Cohorts are 6-week training programs for practitioners, researchers, advocates, and leaders working in mission-driven fields. Each cohort brings together a small, curated group of peers to build skills, pressure-test strategies, and strengthen their work together. Every program is grounded in applied psychology and neuroscience, focusing on how people actually process information, form meaning, and decide to act.

WHY THIS MODEL?

What makes this model distinct is what's underneath it. Applied psychology and neuroscience tell us that people learn better in trusted peer environments, that meaning-making is social, and that behavior change requires more than information. We build every cohort around those truths, where the learning doesn't just happen in the sessions. It happens in relationships, in pressure-testing, and in the shared frameworks that participants carry back into their work and communities.

As a communications organization, the concepts were all ones that we knew to some degree, however, the way the trainers presented the information and having the real words and concepts to use in our work fundamentally changed our understanding of our work. From how we message to who we message to, this training was phenomenal!"
